Thing that you have to know about solar lightings.

I have some feedback from the clients, that the solar lightings are not working. So is this a normal thing to happen?

The answer is no. There are steps that you have to always concern after you purchase a solar lighting product.

1. The batteries that come with the lighting, they are not charged, they are empty. How would you expect a battery to work smoothly if it is empty? When you receive products, don't have to so rush to judge or to define it to be working or not working.

2. Install your solar product to wherever you planning to, make sure your panel is on the right position. Please be remember, THE PANEL CAN'T RECHARGE THE BATTERY IF IT IS NOT PLACED UNDER THE SUNLIGHT, THATS WHY WE CALL IT SOLAR PANEL.

3. After the installation, you don't have to rush to switch it on. Let the panel be under the sun (PLEASE MAKE SURE ITS CONNECTED TO THE LIGHT) for one day, the next evening then start to use it. Give the lighting a chance to be fully charged, then the next 5-10 years, they will be your body guard.
